Are You An Early Riser – Good For You

We all have heard why waking up early is a good habit and leads to success in ones life  from our parents, grand parents, teachers etc. I personally used to hate waking up early in the morning. However slowly that habit changed. I can’t pinpoint exactly when it happened but yes nowadays I am an early riser.

I would like to share with you why waking up early can result in success in life. If if disagree with me kindly share why you feel so and also if you agree than too share your views on it.


Here are my reasons……

Its a noted fact that your willpower is strongest in the morning. This means that there is a much higher chances of accomplishing something challenging or important earlier in the day.

A set morning ritual like reading, journaling, or exercise set the tone for the rest of your day. This will boost positive thoughts very early in the day and your aura will be positive right through the day.

You have more focus and less distraction in the mornings.

You have time to plan and organize. You can use the early morning to set goals, plan the day and solve problems. In my experience the day goes exactly as planned 90% of the time which is good enough for me.
